# Upload OTP Tokens

The following will demonstrate and walk you through the process for uploading your hard OTP tokens' file. Once the upload is complete, please see our [OTP enrollment instructions](/v1/docs/enrolling-hard-otp-tokens).

**OTP Token Requirements**

- The seed file provided by the vendor needs to be in **hexadecimal** format
  - Note: Other formats such as Base32 will not work
- Tokens must be 30 second devices

## OTP Token .CSV Format

## Uploading the .CSV

1. In your MFA ONE portal, go to the Methods tab.
2. On the left-hand side, click on 'One Time Password'.

4. In the new pop-up, name your token type and set its algorithm to 'TOTP'. Click 'Add' when you're done. ![otp 2.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/otp%202.png)
5. Back in the left side *One Time Password* menu, click on 'Tokens'.

7. In the upload pop-up, select your newly created 'Token Type'.
