# Creating A PIN Policy

2. A window will pop up. Give your new pin policy a name and its restrictions / rules. Hit *Save* when you're done. ![2.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/2%284%29.png)

4. In this new window, give your new profile a name. At the 'PIN Policy Name' drop-down, select your recently created pin policy. Save it when you're finished. ![4.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/4%283%29.png)
5. To apply the new profile, go to the *Sets* tab. To the right of the authentication set name this will be applied to, click 'Edit'.
