Clear Cached Credentials From Client

In instances that enrollments are failing for a current user's new card replacement or cached information needs to be removed in general, the following steps will guide you through the removal of a single user. If you would like to remove the ability for clients to cache card information locally, please visit the Always Online Mode page. If you need to remove all cached user data, and it's a large amount of users, please see the User Removal Tool page for download links and instructions.


  1. Open up the RI Client app.

  2. Click the Home button in the top left corner.

  3. Select "User Settings".

  4. Click "Remove User".

  5. Open the drop-down menu next to "User Name" to select the cached username that you are trying to remove.

  6. Hit "Remove" once selected.

  7. Close and log out.


*No resets are required after performing this.
