No Licenses Available Error

Article summary

Despite the wording, this error usually indicates that the client is unable to connect or synchronize with your MFA server. There can be a couple of causes, but the biggest culprit tends to be with the "ServiceURL" in the client's registry. If following the steps below do not resolve your issue, please reach out to our Support for further troubleshooting assistance.

If you are not receiving this particular error but still having synchronization errors, the following instructions might still be of help.

  1. Open your client computer's registry editor.
  2. Navigate to HKLM\Software\Foray.
  3. Find the key "ServiceURL".
  4. Compare the value to the following:
http(s)://YOUR SERVER FQDN/oneService/SyncService.asmx

Note

It's important to check if your current link is HTTP or HTTPS. Using the incorrect protocol can result in your client not synchronizing with the MFA server.

If you'd like to check that the synchronization URL is correct and working, copy and paste the whole link in your browser. If your browser displays blue links like the screenshot below, your service sync URL is correct and working.
