To make sure you are set up or you need to learn more, please see our articles on [Creating a PIN Policy](/v1/docs/creating-a-pin-policy). 1. Through the Enrollment Tile or the desktop application, your contactless card enrollment will be done through the app's Enrollment Wizard. Select the **Proximity (RFID)** option. ![1 - EW - main.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/1%20-%20EW%20-%20main%281%29.png) 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll your card. ![rfid.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/rfid.png) 3. The next screen will allow you to set the **Card Label** and **PIN**. Once you have confirmed your choices, click **Register**. You will receive a 'success' pop-up that the enrollment worked. No Prompt for PIN Input If your PIN policy is set to use 'Windows Password as PIN' option or no PIN at all, you will not be asked to enter a PIN and the 'Successfully enrolled' message will appear almost immediately. ![rfid2.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/rfid2.png) ![rfid3.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/rfid3.png) 4. You will be brought back to the Enrollment Wizard's main page. Notice your **Proximity (RFID)** option now appears green to show you've enrolled this authentication method. If you have no other enrollments to do, click **Save**. 5. If you are using the desktop application, you will receive one final pop-up. Clicking **Yes** will log you out of the entire user session. It's not required to log off to complete enrollment. ![enrollmentCompleteMessage.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/enrollmentCompleteMessage%281%29.png) --- ## Troubleshooting #### Client Not Seeing Card If during enrollment, the MFA client does not react to you putting your card to the reader, it's possible that the **policy is missing the hardware RFDevice registry setting**. This can be verified by checking the client's registry (if you have access) and going to `HKLM\Software\Foray` and looking to see if the key "RFDevice" exists. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/image%285%29.png) **If the reader does not see the card or react to a card tap:** 1. Log into the Admin Portal. 2. Go to the *Policy* tab > View All Policies (on the right-hand side). 3. Click "Edit" next to the respective policy. 4. Navigate to the *Hardware* tab. 5. Check (✓) to enable "RFDevice" and select the appropriate device option from its drop-down menu. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/cf888ab6-47bb-4aaa-984b-26a47cdccf46/Images/Documentation/image%286%29.png) #### Other Items to Check - Verify that your reader accepts your card's frequency - The reader is PC/SC compliant
