By default, the email option for mobile app logs should be available. If not, follow these steps to enable them.
In your MFA portal, go the Methods tab.
On the left-hand side, click on One Time Password > Mobile App Branding.
In the main pane, check the email option if it is not already.
Populating the Email box will provide a default address for the user to send the logs to (it can be changed before sending). If it's left blank, the Email button will just pull up the mail app without a specific address.
Enabling Phone # and setting a phone number will allow for a user to call the number you designate.
