By default, the email option for mobile app logs should be available. If not, follow these steps to enable them.

Enabling Mobile App Logs

  1. In your MFA portal, go the Methods tab.

  2. On the left-hand side, click on One Time Password > Mobile App Branding.

  3. In the main pane at the bottom, check the email option (if it is not already) and add an email address that you want users to be able to send their logs to.

    ℹ️ Email box

    Populating the Email box will provide the default address for mobile users to send their logs to. If it's left blank, the Email button will open the user's default mail app without a specific address.
     
    Note: The email address can be changed before sending.

    Setting a phone number will allow for a user to call the number you designate.

Sending Mobile App Logs

  1. In the mobile app, in the top-right, press the question mark symbol (?).

  2. Press the Email button at the bottom of the screen.

  3. This will open or prompt you to open your phone's default mail app. Send the logs to the provided you or an administrative email to upload to your open case with us or to open a case with.

⚠️ If the "Email" button does not appear, verify that the Enabling Mobile App Logs steps have been followed.
